How we solved it
Client wanted a multi territory community with some complex business scenarios. The branding should match the main site and website must be responsive. To cater this, we developed custom UI which works on all devices.
We did research and tried out the Napili theme, the main problem with this theme was we could not override the Detail page to show attachment section. So we had to go with customisation which was possible on VF+Tab template.
The community UI was user friendly and everyone using it loved it.
